Virtual Events for Hyundai Canada

Hyundai Canada is a subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Company of Korea with headquarters located in Markham, Ontario. Hyundai markets award-winning vehicles ranging from subcompact to sport utility to luxury, with the goal of providing high-quality, safe, and reliable vehicles to their customers.

Event goals

  • Host a team breakfast event for recently hired employees who work in a hybrid setting, allowing them to get to know one another

  • Encourage employees to share feedback and suggestions on the onboarding process

  • Engage employees in both large and small group settings

Social hour experience

  • Designed an event with a Stage layout involving all attendees for introductions and questions, and transitioning the event to a Lounge layout for icebreakers and games

  • Allowed attendees to move freely in the Lounge layout, giving them the opportunity to meet new team members or talk about specific topics

  • Collected valuable feedback and suggestions on the organization's onboarding process

  • Enabled Social hour games to allow attendees to work on collaborative jigsaw puzzles and word games
